Can I meet the pet sitter/walker before booking?
Yes, we offer a complimentary Meet and Greet where you can meet the sitter, discuss your pet’s needs, and address any questions.

Can the client schedule directly through the sitter?
No, all visits must be scheduled through the All Paws In LLC office for the safety of your pet. We use a sophisticated scheduling system to ensure that every visit is properly managed and no pet is overlooked. If a client schedules directly with a sitter and the sitter fails to inform the office, we won’t have the necessary oversight to ensure the visit is completed as planned. Consequently, All Paws In LLC will not be liable for any issues arising from unsanctioned scheduling, and insurance coverage may not apply in such cases.

Pets and Requirements

Do you have any breed restrictions?
No specific breed restrictions apply. However, please inform us of any special needs your pet may have.

What vaccinations are required?
For in-home pet sitting services, we require all cats and dogs to be up to date on rabies vaccinations. Additionally, dogs should be current on DHPP, and cats should have FVRCP vaccinations. For boarding and daycare services, dogs must be up to date on rabies and DHPP.

Do you administer pet medication?
Yes, we do. There’s no additional charge for administering oral medication or insulin. Please ensure that enough time is booked for us to properly and safely medicate your pet.

Why should a pet owner use an in-home boarder?
An in-home boarder offers a comfortable alternative to traditional kennels by providing your pet with a home environment, typically in someone else’s private residence. This setting helps reduce stress, as pets are in a more familiar and less chaotic environment. They also benefit from personalized care, a consistent routine, and avoid the potential health risks associated with kennels.

Do you offer pet sitting on holidays?
Absolutely! Holidays are a popular time for pet sitting, and we usually fill up 3-4 weeks in advance. To secure your spot, we recommend booking as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. Many clients reserve their holiday pet sitting 2-4 months in advance, so early booking is encouraged.

What if our travel plans change and we are away longer than expected?
Your pet’s safety is our top priority. If your plans change and you’ll be away longer than anticipated, please inform us as soon as possible so we can ensure your pet continues to receive the care they need.
